To ensure the best experience and quality of service, we kindly ask all clients to review the following policies before booking. These guidelines help us provide a smooth and professional experience for everyone.
Important Information
before your appointment
Deposit

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Patch test

A patch test is mandatory for all new clients which needs to be booked at least 48 hours prior to an appointment

Rescheduling/cancellation

We kindly ask you to give us at least 48 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. You can reschedule or cancel online (our booking site) or by contacting us. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit.

No show or less than 24 hours notice will result in the remaining balance of your appointment being charged.

We also kindly ask you to limit rescheduling to maximum twice. If you reschedule for the 3rd time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and we will retain the deposit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the full service of your original book. Late arrivals (over 20 minutes) may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

7 days guarantee

We offer a 7-day service guarantee which applies only to lash extensions, lash lift and brow lamination treatments. Please note that you must be available to come in within 7 days from the original appointment. *For permanent makeups, if you have any concerns/issues, please get in touch and we will do our best to address it. ​
*For all treatments, please avoid caffeine (including matcha) prior to your appointment. xx
For Lash Treatments
Clean Lashes
It is important that you arrive with clean mascara-free lashes and no make-up around the eyes.

Infills
Infills are recommended every 2-4 weeks with at least 40% of the extensions remaining on both eyes.
If you arrive at your appointment with less than 40%, you might be charged for a full set or a longer infill session.
All infills must be within 4 weeks (28 days) of your last appointment. *We offer various infill services - 2 weeks (up to 14 days), 3 weeks (up to 21 days) and 4 weeks (up to 28 days).
If you miss the 4-week mark, please book a new set and removal.
Infills from another lash tech are not accepted unless arranged in advance.
For Permanent Makeups
Touch-ups
We recommend you to book a touch-up for microblading after 4-6 weeks and for other permanent makeup procedures after 6-8 weeks from the initial session.
